Returns & Exchanges

At Hello Nancy Official, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all fashion tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
